Eat Fajitas is a concept created by chef and entrepreneur Lanny P. Lancarte, II and his team at Righteous Foods. The idea came to life in 2017 and action was put into play in 2019. After learning the TABC released the law of Margarita Packs delivered with food and wine in September of 2019, Lanny signed a lease for Fort Worth’s first ghost kitchen in a location in west Fort Worth. After some heartache and extended negotiations, we hit a spot where we had to look again for a space to house our concept.

EAT FAJITAS was designed for the fajita lover, the margarita drinker and the foodie looking to have an elevated delivery experience that doesn’t show up late and in styrofoam clamshells. We can serve small groups in their homes, saving the headache of having to cook, clean or worry about what’s for dinner. Our fajitas are the most user friendly crowd pleaser of any delivered dining experience a Texan could ask for.

Our pre-made margaritas are made from the freshest ingredients and will turn up any House Fiesta. Our custom made boxes were designed for maintaining the integrity of our food and making the clean up process even easier. It’s so user friendly we should patent the box design.
